This whole site is UNDER DEVELOPMENT and it is just an outline at the moment!
The intention is to have (almost) the whole site open and free to all without you having to register. Guest access has been enabled so anyone can have a look around but guests in Moodle are quite restricted as to what they can do. I am considering setting up a Visitor account which would be a shared account and enable people to post comments etc but there is the issue that all comments would be all by 'visitor'. I am still thinking what to do 
This is the front page that everyone who logs in can see. You can Turn editing on in the Administration block to start changing things here. Visit the Introduction to Moodle course for more help.
